1. Refund Policy
At Doffl.com, we strive for customer satisfaction. Refunds will be initiated if you are not satisfied with our services, provided a proper and valid reason is submitted.
However, please note the following important conditions:
- Time Limit: Refund requests must be made within 1 day (24 hours) of the purchase or transaction. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
- AI Tool Usage: If AI tools have been utilized, the cost associated with that usage is non-refundable. This is due to the direct costs incurred by us for AI processing. Only the remaining balance or non-AI related charges may be considered for a refund.
- Wallet Credits: Unused wallet credits may be refunded subject to the above conditions and a processing fee if applicable.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
- No pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remaining days in your current billing cycle.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion, such as:
- Duplicate charges due to a technical error on our end.
- Service unavailability for an extended period (more than 24 hours) directly impacting your paid usage.
In such cases, you must contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction.
